Video Script

Veterinary System — Marketing & Demo Video Script + Screenshot Storyboard

Product: One veterinary platform for Clinics, Centers & Hospitals

Positioning line: "One system. Every patient, every paw, every department."

Total runtime: ~3:30 (master cut) + a 60-second teaser cut + a 90-second pet-owner cut

Tone: Confident, warm, modern medical-tech. Not "cute pets" — clinical credibility with heart.

Voiceover: One calm, trustworthy narrator (consider a female mid-tone for warmth, or split: clinician VO for medical scenes, owner VO for PWA scenes).

Music: Soft piano + subtle synth pulse that builds; drop to ambient under heavy data scenes; lift for the close.

How to use this doc: Section 1 is the master 3:30 script (timecoded, scene-by-scene). Section 2 is the three "stories" (Clinic / Center / Hospital) you can cut as standalone 45–60s verticals. Section 3 is the Pet-Owner PWA segment. Section 4 is the full screenshot/screen-recording shot list mapped to real screens in your system. Section 5 covers production notes (resolution, captions, demo-data prep).

SECTION 1 — MASTER SCRIPT (3:30)

SCENE 0 — COLD OPEN (0:00–0:12)

Visual: Fast, rhythmic montage — a puppy on an exam table, a vet's hand scrolling a tablet, an IV pump in a ward, a phone buzzing with a vaccination reminder. Each clip ~1.2s, cut on the music pulse. End on a clean shot of the VetClinic dashboard loading.

On-screen text (kinetic): "A clinic. → A center. → A hospital."

VO: "Your practice grew. Your software didn't."

Hook the pain: most clinics run 4–5 disconnected tools. We open on that tension.

SCENE 1 — THE PROMISE (0:12–0:30)

Visual: The fragments (separate apps, spreadsheets, paper files, a WhatsApp thread) slide together into a single unified dashboard. Screen-record the real vc.dashboard with today's appointments, alerts, and KPI tiles.

On-screen text: "One platform. Medical · Financial · Supply Chain · Owner App."

VO: "Meet the veterinary platform that runs the whole hospital — from the first heartbeat you record, to the invoice, to the pet owner's phone. One login. One source of truth."

SCENE 2 — THE MEDICAL CORE (the heart of the film — give it the most time) (0:30–1:30)

This is the section to slow down and let breathe. The buyer is a veterinarian; the medical depth is what wins them.

2a — Registration & the patient record (0:30–0:42)

Visual: Create a pet owner, then a pet — screen-record vc.pets.createvc.pets.show. Show the full pet record: species/breed, photo, microchip, weight history chart, chronic medical conditions, allergies, preferred doctor.

VO: "Every patient gets a complete lifelong record — species-aware, from microchip to chronic conditions and allergies."

2b — Booking & the calendar (0:42–0:52)

Visual: vc.appointments.calendar — drag a slot, pick location → department → doctor → available slot (the cascading slots API). Multi-location, multi-doctor.

VO: "Book across every location, department, and doctor — with live availability, not double-bookings."

2c — The consultation / SOAP (0:52–1:10) (showcase moment)

Visual: Open an appointment → vc.appointments.consultation. Show:

On-screen text (callouts): "Species-aware vital ranges" · "Structured SOAP" · "Body-system exam templates"

VO: "Examinations are structured, not scribbled. Vitals are scored against the right ranges for that species. Findings come from reusable exam templates — so nothing gets missed."

2d — VetAI clinical assistant (1:10–1:22) (the "wow")

Visual: Click the AI assistant panel (VetAI). Tap the mic — dictation/transcription turns spoken notes into a structured SOAP. Then "Differential" suggests considerations; "Explain to owner" drafts plain-language after-care.

On-screen text: "Dictate. Structure. Decide."

VO: "And an AI assistant trained for the exam room — dictate your notes, get a structured record, a differential to consider, and an owner-friendly summary in seconds."

2e — Orders that close the loop (1:22–1:30)

Visual: Quick triptych — prescription issued (with the controlled-drug register auto-logging a scheduled drug), a vaccination recorded with its next-due reminder, and an imaging study attached to the record.

VO: "Prescriptions, vaccinations, lab orders, imaging — every order flows straight onto the record, and the controlled-drug register balances itself."

SCENE 3 — FINANCIAL, WITHOUT LEAVING THE PATIENT (1:30–1:55)

Visual: From the same appointment, click Launch POS (vc.appointments.launch-pos) → the cart is pre-filled from the consultation. Show a quotation being sent to an owner who approves it from a public link (vc.quotations.public.approve), then it converts to an invoice. Cut to a wellness plan subscription and a benefit being redeemed.

On-screen text: "Consult → Quote → Approve → Invoice → Paid"

VO: "Medicine and money, finally in one motion. Turn a consultation into a quote the owner approves from their phone, convert it to an invoice, and run it through your point of sale — without ever re-typing a line. Recurring wellness plans keep them coming back."

SCENE 4 — SUPPLY CHAIN & PHARMACY (1:55–2:15)

Visual: Dispensing a medicine decrements stock in real time. Cut to the ERP supply-chain modules: a Purchase Requisition → supplier quote → PO, a stock transfer between branches (TpsTransfer), and landed cost allocating freight/customs onto unit cost.

On-screen text: "Pharmacy stock · Procurement · Inter-branch transfers · Landed cost"

VO: "Behind the scenes, every dispensed dose draws down real inventory. Reorder, raise purchase requisitions, move stock between branches, and cost every shipment to the last unit — your pharmacy and your warehouse, finally on the same page."

SCENE 5 — THE HOSPITAL: IN-PATIENT CARE (2:15–2:45) (the differentiator for centers/hospitals)

Visual: Screen-record VetAdmission — the ward board (va.admissions.board) with occupied/free kennels. Open an admission → the flowsheet: scheduled medications marked administered, IV fluids with bag changes, vitals trends charting, care protocols applied, alerts firing for an overdue task. End on discharge preview → finalise.

On-screen text: "Wards · Fluids · Med rounds · Flowsheet · Protocols · Discharge"

VO: "And when a patient stays the night, you're ready. A live ward board, fluid and medication rounds, automatic vitals trending, care protocols, and overdue-task alerts — all the way to a one-click discharge summary. This isn't a clinic tool stretched thin. It's built to run a hospital."

SCENE 6 — THE PET OWNER'S PHONE (PWA) (2:45–3:12)

Visual: Switch to a phone frame. Screen-record the pwa-owner app: Home → pet card with a scannable digital ID / vaccination QR, book an appointment, view prescriptions & lab results, pay an invoice, a symptom diary + weight tracker, and a push vaccination reminder landing on the lock screen. Show telehealth and emergency buttons.

On-screen text: "Your clinic, in their pocket."

VO: "Your clients get an app, not a phone tag. Book, pay, view results and prescriptions, track weight and symptoms, carry a digital vaccination card, and get reminded before a booster is ever overdue — all branded as you."

SCENE 7 — REPORTING & CLOSE (3:12–3:30)

Visual: Quick pan across reports (vc.reports.*): vaccinations-due, doctor activity, visit patterns, inactive owners, critical-check. Pull back to the unified dashboard. Logo resolve.

On-screen text: "Clinic. Center. Hospital. One system."

VO: "From a single exam room to a full veterinary hospital — one platform for medicine, money, inventory, and the people who love your patients. VetOne. See everything. Miss nothing."

End card: VetOne logo · tagline "One system. Every patient, every paw, every department." · website · "Book a demo".

Brand token: VetOne (platform) and VetOne Pet (the pet-owner app, currently titled "Pet Portal") are placeholders chosen to carry the "one system" message. To rebrand, find-and-replace VetOne across the three docs and the .srt files.

SECTION 2 — THE THREE STORIES (standalone cuts)

Cut these as 45–60s verticals (9:16) for social, each following one persona.

Story A — "The Solo Clinic" (Dr. Sara, single-doctor neighborhood clinic)

Story B — "The Multi-Doctor Center" (a 5-vet referral center, 2 branches)

Story C — "The 24/7 Hospital" (emergency + in-patient)

SECTION 3 — PET-OWNER PWA SEGMENT (detailed, for the 90s owner cut)

SECTION 5 — PRODUCTION NOTES

Demo data prep (do this first — it makes or breaks the look):

Capture & polish:

Suggested cut lengths to deliver:

Legal/credibility: add a small "screens show demo data" disclaimer; if you cite AI suggestions, add "clinical decision support — not a substitute for veterinary judgment."

Quick VO script (clean, no stage directions) — for the voice artist

Your practice grew. Your software didn't. Meet the veterinary platform that runs the whole hospital — from the first heartbeat you record, to the invoice, to the pet owner's phone. One login. One source of truth.

Every patient gets a complete lifelong record. Examinations are structured, not scribbled — vitals scored against the right ranges for that species, findings drawn from reusable templates. And an AI assistant for the exam room: dictate your notes, get a structured record, a differential to consider, and an owner-friendly summary in seconds.

Turn a consultation into a quote the owner approves from their phone, convert it to an invoice, and run it through your point of sale — without re-typing a line. Behind the scenes, every dispensed dose draws down real inventory, across every branch.

And when a patient stays the night, you're ready — a live ward board, fluid and medication rounds, automatic vitals trending, and a one-click discharge summary.

Your clients get an app, not a phone tag: book, pay, view results, track recovery, and get reminded before a booster is ever overdue.

From a single exam room to a full veterinary hospital — one platform for medicine, money, inventory, and the people who love your patients. VetOne. See everything. Miss nothing.
