Concept 1 — "One System" (recommended)

A/B TEST PLAN

• Run Concept 1 vs Concept 3 on the master cut (broad "platform" promise vs "client app" hook) — they target different buyer motivations.
• Keep the headline text identical to nothing in the title (thumbnail + title should complement, not repeat).
• Swap thumbnails after ~48h if CTR underperforms; keep brand chip + font constant so only the concept changes.

VetOne — Voiceover Direction Sheet

For the voice artist recording the master 3:30 cut (and the four short cuts).

CASTING & OVERALL TONE

• Voice: One narrator, warm and credible — a trusted colleague, not a hype announcer. A mid-tone works well (female mid-tone reads warm + authoritative for medical; a calm male mid-tone also works). Pick one and stay consistent.
• Register: Confident, grounded, unhurried. This is a premium B2B medical product — sell trust, not urgency.
• Pace: ~150–160 words/min overall. Slower in the medical scenes, a touch brighter in the owner-app scene.
• Energy arc: Start low and empathetic (the pain) → steady and assured (the platform) → warm lift at the owner app → quietly confident on the close. Do NOT peak too early.
• Smile: Light smile on the owner-app and closing lines; neutral-warm on the clinical lines.
• Avoid: Upspeak (rising question intonation on statements), over-articulated "infomercial" energy, and rushing the technical nouns.

PRONUNCIATION & EMPHASIS KEY

• VetOne = "Vet-One" (two clear beats, slight stress on "One"). Never "Vettone."
• SOAP = say "soap" if shown on screen as the word; otherwise the VO never says the acronym — it's visual only.
• VetAI / AI = "A-I" (letters).
• PWA = never spoken; visual only.
• Bold = emphasize. (beat) = short pause. (breath) = full breath/scene change.

SCENE-BY-SCENE DIRECTION

Scene 0 — Cold open (0:00–0:12)

"Your practice grew. (beat) Your software didn't."

• Direction: Quiet, almost personal — like naming a problem the listener already feels. Land "didn't" softly, not as a punchline. Leave air after it. This is the most important line for tone-setting; do 3–4 takes.

Scene 1 — The promise (0:12–0:30)

"Meet the veterinary platform that runs the whole hospital — from the first heartbeat you record, to the invoice, to the pet owner's phone. (beat) One login. One source of truth."

• Direction: Open up, warmer and more assured. "whole hospital" gets gentle weight. The three-part list (heartbeat → invoice → phone) should feel like a journey — slight lift on each, don't rush. "One login. One source of truth." = slow, deliberate, confident full stops.

Scene 2 — Medical core (0:30–1:30) — the heart, give it room

"Every patient gets a complete lifelong record — species-aware, from microchip to chronic conditions and allergies."
"Book across every location, department, and doctor — with live availability, not double-bookings."
"Examinations are structured, not scribbled. Vitals are scored against the right ranges for that species. Findings come from reusable exam templates — so nothing gets missed."
"And an AI assistant built for the exam room — dictate your notes, get a structured record, a differential to consider, and an owner-friendly summary in seconds."

• Direction: This is where you slow down and sound like a clinician who gets it. Credible, precise, calm. Stress the contrasts: "structured, not scribbled" / "right ranges for that species" / "nothing gets missed." On the AI line, keep it matter-of-fact, not sci-fi — it's a tool, not magic. "balances itself" = a small, satisfied beat (a quiet win).

Scene 3 — Financial (1:30–1:55)

"Medicine and money, finally in one motion. Turn a consultation into a quote the owner approves from their phone, convert it to an invoice, and run it through your point of sale — without ever re-typing a line. Recurring wellness plans keep them coming back."

• Direction: Slightly brighter, with a sense of relief. "finally in one motion" = the payoff of a frustration. Build momentum through the quote→invoice→POS chain, then land "without ever re-typing a line" with light emphasis — that's the value.

Scene 4 — Supply chain (1:55–2:15)

"Behind the scenes, every dispensed dose draws down real inventory. Reorder, raise purchase requisitions, move stock between branches, and cost every shipment to the last unit — your pharmacy and your warehouse, finally on the same page."

• Direction: Steady, operational, competent — "we've thought of the boring stuff too." Don't dramatize; precision is the vibe. Small list cadence on "reorder, raise… move… cost…". "last unit" = crisp.

Scene 5 — Hospital (2:15–2:45)

"And when a patient stays the night, you're ready. A live ward board, fluid and medication rounds, automatic vitals trending, care protocols, and overdue-task alerts — all the way to a one-click discharge summary. (beat) This isn't a clinic tool stretched thin. It's built to run a hospital."

• Direction: A notch more serious and reassuring — this is high-stakes care. Calm authority. The feature list should feel capable, not breathless. Then a clear (beat) before the closing two sentences. "built to run a hospital" = the proudest, most deliberate line in the film. Land it.

Scene 6 — Pet-owner app (2:45–3:12)

"Your clients get an app, not a phone tag. Book, pay, view results and prescriptions, track weight and symptoms, carry a digital vaccination card, and get reminded before a booster is ever overdue — all branded as you."

• Direction: Warmest, friendliest part of the film — light smile audible. "an app, not a phone tag" has a touch of wit (don't oversell it). Keep the long benefit list moving and pleasant. "before a booster is ever overdue" = reassuring. "branded as you" = warm, personal landing.

Scene 7 — Close (3:12–3:30)

"From a single exam room to a full veterinary hospital — one platform for medicine, money, inventory, and the people who love your patients. (breath) VetOne. (beat) See everything. Miss nothing."

• Direction: Bring it home — assured, settled, a little slower. The "exam room → hospital" arc echoes the open, so it should feel like a resolution. Full breath before the brand. "VetOne" = clear, proud, unrushed. (beat). Then "See everything. Miss nothing." = two calm, confident, final beats. End down, not up.

SHORT-CUT VARIATIONS

60s teaser

Use Scene 0 + Scene 2c (the "structured, not scribbled" + AI lines) + Scene 6 + Scene 7. Same direction, slightly tighter pauses.

Story A / B / C verticals

Match the SRT files (story-A/B/C-*.srt). Direction:

• A (Solo Clinic): brisk, warm, "watch how easy this is." Light and capable.
• B (Multi-Doctor Center): crisp, organized, slightly more corporate — "scale without chaos."
• C (Hospital): the most serious read; calm-under-pressure, low and steady. The "2 AM" line is quiet and grounded.
• All three end on the same "VetOne. (beat) See everything. Miss nothing." — keep that lockup identical across every cut so it becomes a signature.

Pet-owner PWA cut

Friendliest read of all; this one can smile the most.

RECORDING LOGISTICS

• Deliver dry, unprocessed WAV (48kHz/24-bit), plus a lightly-cleaned reference.
• Record 3 takes per scene minimum; flag your best.
• Leave 0.5–1s of clean room tone at head/tail of each scene for the editor.
• Record the brand "VetOne" as 3–4 isolated standalone takes (different inflections) so the editor can pick the best for the end card.
• Keep a consistent mic distance/tone across sessions — the medical and owner scenes may be edited adjacent.
• Slate each take verbally (off the final) with scene number.

DON'T

• Don't read the on-screen text aloud unless it matches the VO (the captions/kinetic text are visual).
• Don't add words or synonyms — the script is timed to the edit.
• Don't punch every feature word; choose the emphasis cues marked in bold and let the rest sit flat.

VetOne — System Screenshots (real captures)

Captured live from the running system (2026-06-12), logged in via /dev-login/admin, after rebranding to VetOne (header logo + page titles) and seeding realistic demo data. Desktop 1600×900; PWA 390×844. Mostly .webp.

Brand: the app now shows VetOne in the header and titles (business name + APP_NAME/APP_TITLE). The PWA keeps its own demo brand "Happy Paws Clinic". To revert the admin brand: set business.name, APP_NAME, APP_TITLE back to "Static".

• Demo data seeded (pets Bella/Max/Luna/Charlie, owners, today's appts DEMO-%, wards, admissions ADM-2026-%). Cleanup: DELETE FROM vc_appointments WHERE ref_no LIKE 'DEMO-%'; DELETE FROM va_admissions WHERE admission_no LIKE 'ADM-2026-%'.

Known gaps (env-specific)

• vet-clinic/wellness returns a 500 in this environment (skipped).
• vet-clinic/reports/* sub-routes are JSON data endpoints (the visuals live on the reports hub).
• app/labs (PWA) is empty in the fixtures.
